Skylark Nail Supply - Return / Exchange Policy

Skylark Nail Supply customers can shop with confidence. We offer returns in-store or by mail. For Mail Returns - Customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs and must call in for an RMA#. Shipping costs (including "Free Shipping") are non-refundable. Upon issuing a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping any item(s) over $75, customer is responsible for shipping with a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items lost or damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the sender and carrier service.

All returns must have original receipt. We cannot honor any receipts after 30 days from purchase for returns, refunds, or store credit.
  • 30 day return/exchange policy on most items. If there is no receipt, a manager will need to evaluate and can offer store credit minus a restocking fee of 25%. Items must be returned in like new and resalable condition with all original materials. 
  • 14 day return/exchange policy for electronic items, (including but not limited to – LED Lamps, rotary tools, trimmers, etc.) with original receipt. We will not accept any returns/exchanges for these items without receipt.
  • 14 day exchange only policy for defective furniture items in store only. Skylark is not responsible for damages caused by the customer while loading or unloading and transporting furniture items. All items should be inspected if the external packaging has any damage before purchasing and carrying out of the store. Furniture items that are shipped must be inspected for any shipping damage before accepting the item from the shipping service and opening the package. Opened furniture is ineligible for mail in returns.
  • 14 day return/exchange policy for nail gels, polishes, powder, etc. Defective items are eligible for exchange for 30 days from original date of purchase with receipt. Items beyond this period are not eligible for return or store credit.

    All returns must be unused and in the like new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original accessories.

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is ineligible for return or store credit.
